INBODY - Body Composition Analysis Device

The body composition analysis machine measures lean body fat, lean mass, water weight, fat and lean mass distribution, basal metabolic rate and much more.

  • Members tested every 4 weeks.

  • 15-Second Tests.

  • No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes.

  • No Estimations.

  • Impedance used to determine body composition results; no empirical estimations such as gender and age are used or required to predict your body composition.

Performance testing:

Every 12 weeks, we individually test our members to assess their progress over the previous training block. This gives us a detailed insight into how training is going and helps us tailor the next block of sessions. Testing also gives the member a unique opportunity to look at their own progress and see what needs to be changed for the next few weeks of training. It is here in the testing lab, where we really hone in on what you need to alter in order to help you reach your goals. If certain changes need to be made, for example, lose a specified amount of weight, we will advise on best practice and guide you through the next phase of the process.
